Several of the coast's most appealing beaches are within a short walk or drive: Cristal Beach is 600 m away, Paljuskovo Beach 850 m, Kruce Beach 1.1 km, Utjeha Small Beach 2.1 km and Kruce Rakita Beach 2.4 km. Each has its own character, from small pebbled coves to wider stretches with beach bars.

For a day away from the water, the Old Town of Ulcinj is 11 km along the coast, with its fortress walls, narrow lanes and views over the sea, while the town of Bar and its old town, olive groves and marina lie a short drive to the north. Nearby cafes and bars such as Avanti (10 km), Captain Schook (11 km) and Buddha Bar (11 km) are easy evening destinations.

Podgorica Airport is 58 km from the property and Tivat Airport is 75 km, both an easy transfer by car. The nearest railway stations are Bar (16 km) and Susanj (17 km), and free private parking is available on site with prior reservation.
