The property sits directly on the water with its own private beach area, a garden, a terrace, a patio, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area where meals are best enjoyed slowly. Swimming, snorkelling and paddleboarding start a few steps from your door, and boat excursions can be arranged for guests who want to explore the bay from the water.
Inside your apartment
Each apartment has a private entrance, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, tile and marble floors, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dressing room, a wardrobe or closet, linens, a seating and dining area and a sofa. Kitchens are fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, a dining table, a washing machine and a dryer, with a children's high chair on request. Bathrooms include towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and toilet paper.

The on-site restaurant serves a varied menu alongside the waterfront, complemented by a bar, and room service is available during the day. Our team speaks English, German, Russian, Albanian and Serbian, and is happy to help with recommendations, transfers and anything else that makes your stay easier. Please note that upper floors are accessible by stairs only.
